"So we only went to Red Lobster because it was one of the few restaurants open after 9pm but the meal was good enough to have us coming back a few days later (sidenote: going to Red Lobster twice in 4 days can cause your credit card company thinking someone stole your card). I hadn't been to Red Lobster in years and only had hazy memories of the cheddar bay biscuits (yes, those are still awesome) and mediocre everything else, but the seafood was really quite good and solid value for that amount of food. The lobster tails and snow crab legs were well cooked and tasty, and now I'm going to look up where the closest Red Lobster is to my house."

I normally don't take time to review chain restaurants, but our experience tonight was really positive, so I thought it would be worth a write-up. We stopped in just before the dinner rush on a Saturday night while visiting the area to see Mt Rushmore and other nearby attractions. Our server, Monica, was super friendly and treated my teenage daughters as valued customers just as much as me and my wife, which is a HUGE service win in my book. Our food was served quickly and was delicious. I had the wood-fired lobster tacos and was thoroughly impressed. Although the lobster was a bit overwhelmed by the other ingredients, it was tasty and seemed to work much like a lobster roll does. Red Lobster portions tend to be on the large side, so Monica was very helpful in boxing and bagging our leftovers, including a couple desserts to go. This was a very nice dining experience that exceeded our expectations due to superb service. Makes me want to visit Red Lobster again in the future.

I couldn't stand shrimp for YEARS, but recently I've found a new love for it! The boyfriend enjoyed endless shrimp & I got the Shrimp Alfredo with a garden salad!

Great service and great food! When we get a chance to go out to seafood it's the best place around. They take really good care of you, have the best lobster I've had in the Midwest and make you feel like your the only people in the place when you're there.
Had the best service of my life. The food was great. Frank was our server and he made the experience amazing. The lobster, shrimp, even the bread was perfect. Not the type of experience you would expect from a red lobster but I can't get over just how good the service and food was.

The service was wonderful. The drinks were well made. We had the all you can eat shrimp special. When we got served the first order they asked what we wanted to try next. The grilled shrimp need a little salt and acit but were cooked well. Over-all all the food was cooked properly and tasted good. My favorite was their fried shrimp as they were moist and still had a liitle crisp to them not greasy and soggy...

Like other RL visitors I have dined at many different locations. I will say every time I eat at this RL I receive very good service and the entrées are done well and are plentiful.
